Rules

  • Teams of exactly 3 F3 PAX. Rosters lock once registered.
  • Log each workout separately. Partial miles from different sessions can’t be combined into a full mile.
  • Outdoors only. Treadmills, stationary bikes, Pelotons and indoor tracks don’t count.
  • Beatdown miles count in whole miles. Keep going right after a beatdown to finish a partial mile, but don’t combine it with a later workout.
  • Full range of motion. All the way down and up, correct form. Hand-release merkins and the merkin in a proper burpee count; knee merkins don’t.
  • Respect the Q. In an official beatdown, do the Q’s workout as prescribed; don’t change it to pad your numbers. Extra work before or after is fine.
  • Honor system. Report all activity honestly.
